Friday Night Fitness

Our specialised fitness sessions have been carefully devised to ensure children of all ages and abilities receive the best tuition possible, to improve their knowledge and enjoyment of the game. 

The fitness sessions are designed to develop & improve stamina as well as teaching basic balance and co-ordination exercises that lead to more advanced technical skills

About this session

Our Friday night session is run by our fantastic coach Tamara. She has many years experience of both playing & coaching in football and brings a wealth of knowledge in sport specific fitness & conditioning after completing her Level 4 diploma in personal training.
